Step 2 – Set: Sets the hairs in their new position.
Step 3 – Nourish: Conditions lashes and brows; for best results leave on for 24 hours.

Professional Processing Guide

Very fine: 3–4 minutes
Fine: 4–5 minutes
Normal: 5–6 minutes
Coarse: 6–7 minutes

Select timing by hair type and condition and monitor throughout treatment. Follow your professional training and full product instructions.

For lash lifts, keep Step 1 away from the delicate lash tips and apply only to the appropriate processing area. Do not use cling film with Flutter & Frame. Remove Steps 1 and 2 thoroughly with a dry applicator as directed.

Storage & Shelf Life

Unopened: Up to 18 months. Current batch: Best before January 2027; selected Step 1 and 2 multipacks are reduced. Opened sachets: Use within 14 days for treatments when properly sealed and stored.

After treatment, keep lashes or brows dry and avoid steam or additional products for the first 24 hours; avoid swimming, saunas and excessive heat for 48 hours. Follow professional aftercare instructions.

Professional Safety

For trained lash and brow professionals only. Patch test products intended for treatment 24–48 hours beforehand and follow insurer requirements; a negative result cannot rule out a later reaction. Wear suitable gloves and avoid eye and skin contact. Step 2 contains hydrogen peroxide. If product enters the eye, rinse immediately and thoroughly; discontinue use if irritation occurs. Follow all supplied instructions.
